| $40.00 | Tailpipe Emission Test | Annual emission test for those registered in applicable counties with cars older than 1996. This is the only place in Armstrong County that offers this! |
| $30.00 | On-Board-Diagnostic Emission Test | Annual emission test for those registered in applicable counties with cars 1996 and newer |
| $17.70 | 5000 Mile Emission Exemption | Cars driven less than 5000 miles in a year are exempt from taking the emission test but still need a sticker if registered in an applicable county |
| $17.70 | New Car Emission Exemption | New cars are exempt from taking the emission test but still need the sticker if registered in an applicable county |
